i'm starting to binge again. gah.

ok so twopointfour is over but i'm dreading next year's. every year without fail i would ask myself how i managed to survive running 6 rounds around the track the previous years. loser.
isn't it better to have a bigger area for 2.4. the mentality will be lesser rounds and you don't have to pass the same place over and over again and therefore, less dizziness.

Thank goodness I managed to wake up to my phone alarm yesterday. Friday was exhausting lah.
Then reached school gate around 6.55 and thought both of us were late when we saw that guy running past us. But we weren't :D.
After training, the eight of us bubble-tead and pp-maced until three plus. On the way back to pp mrt, shalu, azizah and I witnessed an incident where a woman was near fainting. At times like this, I feel secured having learnt evacuation methods haha. However in the end, we contributed by giving the ambulance number.
Reached home and did some washing. Sms-ed Sirius about the cc session this Tuesday before falling into slumber land until this morning. Lazy bum. Glory of having haid.

Anyway, Friday's oac re-campfire was -smiles- one of the greatest I had.

Oh and kosong's troupe came in fourth in the finals last saturday. And where was I? on the way home to pp, then home, from hta. The leftover tickets were meant to be mine.

I pointed out her mistakes, she said I was treating her like a child.
I gave her instructions on what to do, she said I was nagging.
And all these I used my natural tone, with a tinge of politeness (she’s not polite with me so why should i). Does she prefer mum to order her instead of me, who will definitely scream? Has she not realized she’s been cold towards me? Doesn’t she know all these while she’s been passing most of the chores because I was the one doing it (besides mum)?

Radiologists have confirmed what ergonomists have long suspected - that sitting upright is bad for your back.
...The scans show that a 90-degree sitting position - which most people consider normal - places unnecessary strain on the lower back curvature, causing discs to be squashed. "A 135-degree body-thigh position - like that of an adjustable recliner - shows the least strain," says Bashir.
For those who spend all day sitting in office chairs, Bashir says the hips need to be higher than the knees and the feet should be flat on the floor.
"Opening up the angle between your body and thighs is what's important," he says.
