Last week of school was slack, what with no tests, soccer finals, colosseum and college holiday on thursday. Plus I fell sick on Tuesday so I slept like nobody's business. Came Friday, I volunteered at the eleventh hour to go for the 4pm perkampungan bahas as a replacement. together with ayu and mira.

I was excited for the 3d2n camp but the fact that I had less than 24hours to prepare my debate text was nerve-wrecking. Shit happened. We were picked to be in the first saringan which is the next morning at nine. We hadn't prepared much for our scripts. We had brought along two school laptops but could not access to the internet. Mira fell even sicker on that Friday night. Fortunate for us, the facilitator kak fiela helped us a lot in orienting our stand and shafikah is a kind soul to lend us her laptop. Preparing my text was a torture and I only managed to catch a few minutes of sleep.

i got more anxious by the minute. Firstly, because we were in the first saringan, I as the first speaker of the pencadang side was the first speaker of the day. two, I had never debate in a proper debate environment before. Three, I wasn't fully prepared. Four, there were many more experienced debaters seating in the audience. Five, obviously the audience attention was at the peak as it was the first saringan.

we did not manage to qualify to the next round. Nevertheless, we enjoyed the camp very much. And I am thankful to have the opportunity for the exposure.

and thank you bing and shuwei for finishing up our 3rd draft gpp. me and mira couldn't access to the wireless during our camp.

Rushed home after camp yesterday in the hope of catching up on sleep to prepare myself for gp mid-year just now of which I screwed up paper two. I was still sleepy during the paper anyway. After the paper, I felt light-hearted because it was time for the end-of-term-two bash. 501 headed down to marina barrage for the ne learning journey. Next stop was to the lido to watch 'monsters vs aliens' together as a jc1 cohort.

Life is good:). For now. K I go upload photos on facebook later once I found the cable.
